Warranty Policy
At Arvino, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every piece of jewelry we offer. Each item is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any item is found to be faulty within this period, we will be pleased to repair or offer complimentary replating.
To proceed with a warranty claim, customers are responsible for securely shipping the item back to us. Once received, our team will inspect the piece and arrange for repair or replating as required. To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please adhere to our detailed care instructions.
Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@arvino.in within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped before we receive your cancellation request, it cannot be canceled. If we are able to cancel your order, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 10 banking days. For any questions or further assistance, please contact us.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us at hello@arvino.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or repair as needed.
Refund Policy
For approved cases of damaged items, refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchange Policy
