Warranty Policy
At Arvino, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every piece of jewelry we offer. Each item is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If any item is found to be faulty within this period, we will be pleased to repair or replace it. Faulty items include those that arrive damaged or become defective. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please adhere to our detailed care instructions.
Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@arvino.co within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped before we receive your cancellation request, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the order within 14 days from the purchase date. If we are able to cancel your order, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 10 banking days. For any questions or further assistance, please contact us.
Return Policy
At Arvino, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account and visit the Order History section.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Custom-made, engraved, and discounted pieces are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges for the same item in a different size. To request an exchange, visit the Order History section in your customer account and follow the instructions provided.
