Warranty Policy

At Arvino, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All our items come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace items that are deemed faulty. Faulty items are those that arrive damaged or become defective under normal use. This warranty does not cover items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. Return Policy

At Arvino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Log in to your customer account and visit the Order History section to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Custom-made, engraved, and discounted pieces are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer complimentary exchanges for the same item in a different size.
